These Terms and Conditions govern access to CoinMS, including public content, market analytics, research dashboards, crypto screeners, catalysts, alerts, watchlists, account features, and subscription features.

Use of CoinMS

CoinMS provides research tools and market information for educational and informational purposes. You are responsible for how you interpret CoinMS data and for complying with laws that apply to your location and use case.

You may not misuse CoinMS, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, scrape at abusive volume, bypass access controls, or use the platform to violate third-party rights.

Service limitations

CoinMS is a crypto market analytics SaaS and research dashboard. CoinMS does not custody user assets, does not hold user funds, does not operate an exchange, does not match orders, does not broker transactions, does not sell crypto assets, and does not execute trades for users.

CoinMS does not provide wallets, staking, lending, token issuance, token sales, brokerage, money transmission, order routing, or trade execution services. Any transaction you perform outside CoinMS is solely between you and the relevant third-party platform or wallet provider.

CoinMS market data, alerts, scores, rankings, screeners, and research tools are informational tools only. They may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or inaccurate. CoinMS does not guarantee market outcomes, trading results, data availability, portfolio performance, profits, or avoidance of losses.

Not financial advice

CoinMS does not provide financial, investment, legal, tax, or trading advice. CoinMS does not provide investment advice or personalized recommendations. Scores, rankings, catalyst metrics, alerts, screeners, dashboards, market data tools, and blog content are not recommendations to buy, sell, hold, or trade any asset.

Crypto assets are volatile and may lose value. You are solely responsible for your own research, decisions, tax obligations, legal compliance, and use of any third-party trading venue, wallet, exchange, or payment provider.

Accounts and security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account. Notify CoinMS if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

Subscriptions and feature access

Some CoinMS features may require sign-in, a paid plan, or other eligibility checks. Subscription terms, trial periods, pricing, and available features may change. If payments are enabled, billing and cancellation flows are handled through the payment provider shown during checkout.

Content and data

CoinMS content, interface elements, and software are owned by CoinMS or its licensors. You may use the service for normal research workflows, but you may not copy, resell, or redistribute substantial parts of the platform without permission.

Market data, scores, and metrics may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or inaccurate. CoinMS may label unavailable fields, restrict advanced metrics, or update calculations as data quality changes.

Availability

CoinMS may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We try to keep public and account features reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoinMS is not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, indirect damages, or decisions made using information from the service.
