This Refund Policy explains how refund requests are handled for CoinMS subscription access and digital research tools.
Digital subscription access
CoinMS provides access to crypto market analytics SaaS features, research dashboards, market data tools, alerts, watchlists, and related account features. Because these are digital services, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a paid billing period begins, except where required by law or where CoinMS approves a refund in its discretion.
Trial periods and cancellations
If a plan includes a free trial, you can cancel before the trial converts to a paid subscription to avoid being charged. After a subscription is active, cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current billing period.
Eligible refund requests
CoinMS may review refund requests for duplicate charges, billing errors, unauthorized charges, accidental renewals reported promptly, or service access issues that CoinMS cannot reasonably resolve. Approval is not guaranteed and may depend on account activity, payment-provider rules, legal requirements, and the facts of the request.
How to request a refund
To request a refund, contact CoinMS at support@coinms.ai with the email address on your account, the charge date, the plan, and a short explanation of the issue. We may ask for additional information to verify the account and the payment.
Payment provider processing
Refunds, when approved, are processed through the payment provider or merchant-of-record shown at checkout. Processing times and card statement timing depend on the payment provider, card network, bank, and local payment method.
